French Classes

Are you interested in learning some French?

Classes will be offered for those traveling to France in March, or for anyone else who has interest.

We will meet on Thursdays, Nov. 14 & 21 at 8:00 pm in the church library.

We will poll those attending about the best times to meet into the future.

Please contact Pastor Krause if you wish to attend. 

The textbook will cost $15.

Sue Speidel will lead the class.

A New Member Welcome is planned for the weekend services on November 23-24.

Pickleball

Pickleball returns on Saturday mornings from 9:00-11:00 am, through November 23.

Ladies' Advent Celebration

Women of all ages are invited to the Ladies Advent Celebration on

Sunday, December 1 from 12:00-2:00 pm in the Grand Hall.

Prepare your hearts for the Advent season with lunch, fellowship, music and time for spiritual encouragement.

There is no charge to attend - Just bring a dessert or dish to pass.

Midweek Advent Worship

Advent Worship Services on Wednesdays at 12:00 & 6:30 pm on December 4, 11, & 18.

(Note that the noon Dec. 18 service is the German-English service.)

Advent Meals will be held on Wednesdays, Dec. 4, 11, & 18 at about 12:45 pm after the noon Advent worship services and at 5:30 pm preceding the evening Advent services in the grand hall.

(Note that the Dec. 18 1:00 pm meal is a German lunch.)

Christmas Luncheon

The Daytime Fellowship Group and Widows & Widowers will have their annual Christmas Luncheon on Thursday, December 5 at 11:30 am in the grand hall.

The pastors will give a Christmas program with Scripture and Christmas songs.

Christmas Decorating

Come and help decorate the church for Christmas!

Friday, December 6 at 5:00 pm

We will decorate the trees and the church.

(A light dinner will be offered.)

Many hands of all ages and talents will be needed to accomplish this!

Come join the fun as we decorate for Christmas.

German-English Worship & Lunch

All are welcome to join us for a special German-English Christmas worship service on Wednesday, December 18 at 12:00 pm.

(The 6:30 pm service on Dec. 18 will be a midweek Advent service.)

At 1:00 there will be a German meal in the grand hall featuring Bratwurst, Knackwurst, Sauerkraut, Rotkohl, Stollen, Kaffee und Kuchen.

Parish Nurses' Annual Meeting

If you are a nurse or health care provider,

please consider attending our Parish Nurses’ Annual Meeting on

Monday, January 6, at 6:30 pm in the church office conference room.

You will learn more information about our group, are invited to share your thoughts for how our group can serve our members in the new year, and have opportunity to become involved in what is planned.

No commitment will be required of any who attend our meeting.

Lego Night

5:00-7:00 pm

All ages are welcome to join us for Lego Night on Friday, January 10 from 5:00-7:00 pm!

Legos will be available for all ages on tables in our grand hall.

Duplo mats will be set up for the little ones.
